A financial consultant for more than 30 years, Robert (Bob) Bordett has helped hundreds of divorcing couples make sound financial decisions through Alternative Dispute Resolution methods. In his role as a financial neutral, Bob brings genuine compassion and commitment toward creating solutions that serve the best interests of all. He is registered with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution as a Mediator and Arbitrator.
Bob is one of the founders of Divorce Innovations, Inc. In addition, he is the founder of Collaborative Practice & Mediation Services, Inc. He is also Senior Vice President of Atlanta-based Consolidated Planning Corporation, He has served or currently serves on the board of a number of practice associations including the Professional Mediators Board of Standards, Association of Divorce Financial Planners, Collaborative Law Institute of Georgia, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the Atlanta Collaborative Divorce Alliance.

Dr. Paul L. Fair is a Licensed Psychologist, Divorce Coach and Mediator, specializing in the Divorce Innovations team approach. He is committed to helping couples manage their disruptive feelings and interactions in order to create healthy solutions for ending their marriage. His Parenting Plan mediations keep couples focused on the best interests of their children with agreements that enhance their ability to co-parent over the long term.
As a therapist, Paul specializes in anxiety, anger and stress disorders as well as individual and couples counseling. He is the co-author of: “From Me To You: The reluctant Writers Guide to Powerful, Personal Messages” and “I’m Right. You’re Wrong. Now What?: How To Break Through Any Relationship Stalemate Without Fighting, Folding or Fleeing”. He has authored several research papers, book chapters and a relaxation audiotape series in the field of Biofeedback and Stress Management.
